Hybrid Childcare Solicitor: Lead & Mentor in Public Law

eNL is seeking an experienced Childcare Solicitor to join our Lancashire team. You will manage a busy childcare caseload, provide high-quality legal advice and representation, and mentor junior colleagues within a supportive department.

The role offers hybrid working and a clear path for career progression. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE in Childcare Law, strong knowledge of Legal Aid and CCMS procedures, and excellent client care and advocacy skills.
