Avante Care & Support Ltd seeks a Senior Care Lead for relief daytime and night shifts at Weybourne, Abbey Wood. You will supervise a team, model compassionate, resident-focused care, and ensure adherence to Avante’s Philosophy of Care and Eden principles.

Enhanced DBS disclosed during onboarding and ongoing compliance support are provided. You will mentor staff, support governance and regulatory standards, and step in for home management when needed.
