Job Description:
Prestige Nursing & Care is looking for a compassionate Support Worker to assist an elderly gentleman in Yate with dementia. This role focuses on providing person-centred, 1:1 support to enjoy community activities such as cinema trips and meals out.
Shifts are regular on Wednesdays, with alternating times. A driving licence and own car are required to access activities and transport the client. This is a rewarding, community-based position with opportunities for development.
