Overview

In this role you will work with clients to map and improve business processes, and design scalable automation using low-code, RPA and AI-enabled tech. You will operate within the Technology and Data practice to turn requirements into practical automation solutions that balance efficiency with risk. The work spans discovery, design, deployment handover, and benefits realisation, with a focus on responsible AI and governance. This opportunity lets you shape how major organisations operate at scale through data-driven automation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyse end-to-end business processes and identify root causes of inefficiency and variation
• Assess and prioritise suitable process-automation opportunities
• Design future-state processes balancing efficiency, user experience and risk
• Build workflow solutions using low-code, RPA and AI-enabled technologies
• Support testing, deployment and operational handover of automation solutions
• Assess value of Agentic AI beyond traditional automation
• Design human-in-the-loop workflows with controls and escalation routes
• Evaluate AI use cases for feasibility, value, risk and readiness
• Help clients establish controls for model monitoring, compliance, auditability and responsible AI
• Define KPIs and success measures for process improvements
• Support benefits realisation and continuous optimisation post-deployment
• Facilitate workshops with business, operational and technology stakeholders
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations and thought-leadership activities

Key requirements

• At least three years in a client-facing or consulting environment
• Experience analysing and improving end-to-end business processes
• Practical knowledge of workflow automation, low-code platforms or RPA
• Experience with automation tools such as UiPath or Celonis
• Strong stakeholder-management and workshop-facilitation skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical automation solutions
• Understanding of automation governance, controls and risk management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
