PMO Manager

Overview

In this PMO Manager role, you will drive Delivery Excellence for transitions between service providers in Facilities Management. You will lead an efficient PMO, embedding robust project controls and governance to ensure successful project execution and client-facing service quality. You’ll manage stakeholders, dependencies, and cutover activities, guiding transitions into BAU and capturing lessons learned. This role offers impact across projects, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to shape delivery standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable measurable performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Transition Plans aligned to PMO standards
• Establish governance structures, schedule governance meetings, and track project progress
• Oversee RAID tracking and support Workstream Leads in delivery oversight
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and communications planning
• Lead operational readiness and cutover planning, manage risk
• Facilitate transition to BAU and conduct lessons learned reviews

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management
• 5+ years of PMO or project-related experience
• Effective communicator with a solution-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Project, Visio, Excel, SharePoint
• Proactive and adaptable in a changing environment
• APM, P3O, or PRINCE2 accreditations
