Morrisons Cafés in Scotland is seeking a Café Team Leader/Manager to guide a busy team and deliver great service. You will lead shifts, coach staff, manage stock and training, and ensure the café remains a welcoming place for customers.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive performance against targets, plan rotas, monitor attendance, and develop colleagues to grow with the business.
