Join a luxury residential developer in Central London as Electrical Manager. You will oversee electrical works on high-rise schemes, ensuring compliance from sub-station to switch rooms and risers. You’ll lead first-fix inspections, resolve QA issues with contractors, and coordinate commissioning of complex electrical systems. Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical works on high-rise luxury schemes
• Inspect and sign off first-fix installations and manage QA issues
• Coordinate commissioning of electrical systems
• Close out QA issues through direct contractor communication and keep line managers informed
• Organize and chair meetings, including minutes
• Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and safety standards

Key requirements

• 4+ years on high-end/high-rise fit-out projects
• Main contractor background
• Familiar with mains installation from sub-station to switch room and risers
• Certified in current electrical regulations
• Capable of fast-track fit-out within a team
• Good communicator
• Able to chair and minute meetings
• CSCS Black card preferred
• ASTA programming advantageous
• First Aid trained
