In this IT/Technology Strategy and Sourcing Consultant role, you help clients align technology, sourcing, and business strategy to deliver measurable benefits. You work within a high-performing team to design and deliver radical changes in IT and digital functions, using modern ways of working and supplier ecosystems. You shape operating models, procurement approaches, and transition programs to enable sustainable, future-ready IT services. This role offers exposure to cross-sector challenges and opportunities to influence CIOs and business leaders, with hybrid client-site work and clear impact on transformation outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Design sourcing strategies balancing internal vs external IT and business services
- Shape and deliver sourcing solutions, business cases, and contracts for sustainable benefits
- Develop global operating and delivery models leveraging modern digital ways of working
- Lead complex transition programs to transform IT/business services and establish new delivery models
Key requirements
- Proven experience in Sourcing, Strategy and Transformation in IT/digital settings
- Consultancy experience preferred
- Experience contributing to major bid and proposal development
- Broad knowledge of technology services marketplace; exposure to outsourcing (cloud, SaaS, AI solutions)
- Ability to define IT/business services, requirements and SLAs
- Experience across outsourcing lifecycle (strategy, delivery, transition, service optimisation, remediation)
- Experience shaping procurement strategies and robust commercial solutions
- Expertise in technology delivery disciplines (IT strategy, IT service management, agile delivery, IT project management)
- Senior-level consultancy experience is essential
