Part-Time Warehouse Recruitment Consultant — Flexible Hours

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Normanton, Wakefield, is seeking a part-time onsite Recruitment Consultant to support warehouse recruitment across local sites. The role reports to the Senior Contract Manager and involves placing adverts, screening applications and guiding candidates through induction and training.

You will perform right to work checks, monitor sickness and attendance reporting, manage internal systems (CRM, Online Candidate Portal, Unity) and help boost colleague performance.
