Lead Preconstruction Bid Manager | Hybrid, £10-150m Projects

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Preconstruction Project Manager (Bid Manager) to join our Midlands team in a hybrid role based in Birmingham or Nottingham. You will lead the preconstruction bid process across PSCA, coordinating internal estimators, designers, MEPs and external consultants to deliver bids on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
