Lead QS – Regeneration & Refurbishment (West London)

The Labour Group is looking for an experienced Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead a flagship West London refurbishment and regeneration project. This is a senior role with responsibility for commercial direction, budgets, forecasts and client relationships across multiple levels of the project team.

You will oversee subcontract procurement, contract administration and final accounts while mentoring junior staff and ensuring adherence to commercial processes.
