Restructuring & Bankruptcy Associate

Overview

In this role you advise on complex cross-border restructurings and insolvency matters for a diverse client base, including corporates, lenders, and investors. You work with financing instruments such as bank loans, high-yield debt, and intercreditor arrangements. You lead and contribute to multi-jurisdictional restructuring proceedings and draft high-value documentation. You take ownership of matters, leveraging technical expertise, commercial acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. This is an international, fast-paced practice with excellent long-term prospects.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex cross-border restructurings and insolvency for corporates, lenders, and investors
• Work with financing instruments including bank loans, high-yield debt, and intercreditor arrangements
• Lead and contribute to multi-jurisdictional restructuring proceedings and draft high-value documentation
• Own matters with strong technical, commercial, and interpersonal delivery

Key requirements

• England & Wales qualified with 3–5 years PQE in restructuring and insolvency
• Broad experience in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy with international exposure
• Enthusiastic, collaborative, intellectually curious; thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile international practice
