Senior Team Leader, Children’s Home Care

HAND Enterprise Solutions LTD is recruiting a Children’s Residential Senior Support Worker in Stoke-on-Trent (ST3). The role centers on leading a care team in a GOOD-rated Ofsted children’s home, safeguarding, education support, and daily welfare of the young people.

You will deputise for the Deputy Manager, plan shifts, contribute to inspections, and support with education, activities and social engagement, while ensuring high standards of care and compliant records.
