Employment Paralegal – Equal Pay Litigation (Hybrid)

Shoosmiths LLP is seeking a paralegal to support a high-profile equal pay project on a 6-month fixed-term basis. The role is hybrid, based between Edinburgh and Glasgow, with three in-office days per week and flexibility to work from home on the remaining days.

You will gain hands-on experience in complex litigation, handling claimant histories, witness meetings, defence prep, and strategic discussions with senior barristers and members of the employment team.
