Wirral Council is seeking SENDSTART Caseworkers to develop high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) for children and young people. You will work closely with families, schools and a range of service providers to ensure active involvement in assessment and annual reviews.
You will oversee EHCP development, collaborate with stakeholders across education, health, social care and the voluntary sector, and ensure views of parents and CYP are captured accurately throughout the process.
