Cybersecurity & IT Operations Lead for Ecommerce

AYBL Group is seeking a senior IT and cyber security leader to own cyber security, IT operations and governance across the group. You’ll lead on incidents, policy, and automation, building a scalable security function with AI-driven processes.

You’ll partner with the Co-CEO, CFO and Head of Legal, drive security maturity, and oversee tech governance for Shopify Plus and SaaS environments. This is a hands-on, leadership-role based in Redditch with potential relocation considerations.
