Decision Science Senior Analyst

Overview

In this Technical Analyst role within Decision Science, you will own and develop the BAU IFRS9 process and associated outputs. You will implement and validate model changes, document governance logs, and support regulatory reporting and new business expansion. You’ll work closely with Risk, Finance and IT to turn data into actionable insights, building robust code and clear analyses. Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the BAU IFRS9 process with timely monthly outputs
• Develop, implement, and test model changes ensuring accuracy and robustness of code
• Maintain clear documentation and change logs for governance and audit
• Investigate model performance and movements, supporting credit analysis and stakeholder queries
• Support regulatory reporting and expansion through new business areas and varied analyses

Key requirements

• Proven analytics experience in financial services or equivalent
• Experience writing production-grade code
• Understanding of modelling techniques and impairment/capital methodologies
• Experience in credit risk reporting
