Overview

In this Principal Medical Science Liaison role, you will advance clinical science and strategic medical affairs for Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health products. You will build and nurture relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and societies to drive scientific exchange and support educational initiatives. You will lead cross-functional medical affairs programs, communicating robust clinical evidence and product value. This position offers impact across product lifecycles and collaboration with global teams to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, medical societies, and external stakeholders
• Deliver evidence-based scientific information on Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health products
• Lead strategic medical affairs initiatives with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
• Support professional society engagement, CME programmes, workshops, and scientific events
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of clinical evidence and communicate value/outcomes of products
• Provide scientific/clinical input to product lifecycle activities including new therapies and growth of existing products
• Manage multiple projects with defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Key requirements

• Advanced knowledge in a relevant scientific, clinical, or healthcare discipline with postgraduate experience
• Experience in healthcare or medical device industry or regulated clinical research
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
• Strong project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Willingness to travel frequently
