Excelcare Holdings is hiring a Care Home Regional Trainer to deliver regional learning and development across 14 nursing and care homes. You will ensure regulatory, mandatory, and specialist training, support CPD, and embed quality frameworks within the team.
Travel across Milton Keynes and Cambridge region is required, with two additional trainers in place. The role is onsite, with regular hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, offering salary up to £40,000 plus a £2,500 car allowance.
