HR & Training Admin — People Development

Kepak Foods Division in York is seeking an enthusiastic HR & Training Administrator to join our team and support recruitment, onboarding, training, and day-to-day HR activities.

You will coordinate mandatory training, maintain records, and partner with managers to develop our workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year HR admin experience, solid IT skills, and a CIPD would be beneficial.
