Exemplar Health Care invites applications for the Health Care Assistant position at Scotia Heights in Stoke-on-Trent. The role covers day and night shifts (42 or 48 hours per week) with a rate of £13.21 per hour, caring for adults with complex needs and helping them live their best lives.
You’ll provide personal care, support meals and activities, and maintain care records while upholding dignity and independence. Induction and ongoing training are provided.
