AI Engineer

Overview

In this AI-focused role, you will design and deploy ML models and AI tools to accelerate clinical trial processes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions across IT systems, turning data into actionable insights. You’ll fine-tune LLMs and NLP tools and experiment with diverse ML techniques to improve efficiency and outcomes. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy ML models and systems to solve complex problems and drive business outcomes
• Develop ML algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, anomaly detection, and recommendations
• Research and implement AI tools such as NLP, LLM, and IA
• Collect and curate large datasets for training generative models
• Experiment with supervised, unsupervised, semi-supervised, reinforcement, and deep learning techniques
• Design and optimize ML pipelines including data cleaning, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning
• Develop scalable ML infrastructure for training, testing, and deploying models in production

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Computer or Data Science, or related field
• Proven experience implementing and fine-tuning Large Language Models or interactive AI applications (>1 year post-graduate)
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Several years of experience with various AI capabilities and demonstrated passion for AI
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Desire to stay up-to-date with NLP and AI advancements
