You’ll mentor on AI-assisted coding and promote modern development practices to accelerate delivery for clients. You collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and consultants to translate client needs into impactful technical outcomes. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable AI architectures and data pipelines to support business needs, including predictive and Generative AI applications
• Operationalise Large Language Models and NLP workflows for production use
• Design and orchestrate autonomous agentic workflows across tools using LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure robust deployment with proper data storage, vector databases, and cloud infra
• Act as a practitioner and mentor for AI-assisted coding, promoting tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot
• Provide advisory support on AI product development and distinguish standard ML from agentic AI
• Stay updated on trends in AI engineering (modern AI stack, synthetic data, Explainable AI)

Key requirements

• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals
• Experience with LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience with agentic coding tools and teaching methods to others
• Consulting aptitude with ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
