O’loughlin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Internal Business Development Manager based in Bristol. The role involves taking full ownership of the sales cycle and retaining accounts, while building relationships with IFA’s/Financial Advisers and internal/external stakeholders.
You will work closely with the Head of Sales to drive revenue, develop strong client relationships, and handle objections confidently. A salary of £25,000 to £42,000, plus benefits and bonus, is on offer.
