Change Lead for People Portal Transformation

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Change Lead to support the NHS People Portal implementation across the Trust’s sites, driving workforce process redesign and supporting organisational change. You will coordinate testing activities and ensure adoption of new ways of working across HR, Payroll, Finance and IT teams.
