Consultant – Coins Finance

Overview

In this role you will lead the configuration and delivery ofCoins ERP for construction-focused clients, translating business needs into practical ERP solutions. You will run workshops, map processes, and train end users, ensuring successful go-lives and adoption. You’ll shape delivery methods and identify product improvements while building trusted relationships with customers. This is a chance to influence how mid-market construction firms manage costs and accounting through integrated software, within a collaborative, growth‑minded team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of Coins ERP from requirements through delivery and go-live
• Run customer workshops and software walkthroughs to map processes and design system solutions
• Deliver training to end users via workshops and webinars on software and cost accounting processes
• Play a senior role in shaping delivery approaches and identifying product improvements

Key requirements

• Experience in quantity surveying, accounting or finance within construction/home-building sectors
• Fundamental understanding of cost accounting
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Coins, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) including configuration, testing and deployment
• Financial concepts such as ledgers, trial balances, cost control, financial statements
• Calm, methodical problem solving and ability to manage multiple projects and relationships
