Aerospace Manufacturing Team Lead – Assembly & Quality

Curtiss-Wright’s Defense Solutions division is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader for our Christchurch, Dorset site. You will lead the Assembly, Test, Inspection, Rework and Repair activities to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals while upholding the QMS.

You will mentor a diverse, multi-skilled team, drive process improvements, manage HR tasks, and work with the area supervisor to maintain a safe, collaborative environment using our standard tools and processes.
