Head Chef – Seasonal British Cuisine, Daytime Service, London

COREcruitment Ltd in Central London is recruiting a Head Chef to lead a contemporary British restaurant within one of London’s most prestigious visitor destinations. You’ll own the kitchen, work with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal, produce-led menus, and head the brigade.

The role requires hands-on leadership, menu development, and strong cost control with ongoing training of the kitchen team. Evening service on Fridays and Saturdays is included in a predominantly daytime operation.
