Contracts Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead on-site delivery for multiple residential schemes, coordinating with architects, engineers, and the commercial team to keep projects on time and within budget. You’ll manage variations, control costs, and ensure safety standards across sites in South London and Surrey. This is an opportunity to shape the delivery of traditional housing and high-rise flats within a growing developer’s new office. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve on-site issues and drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Manage sites across up to four concurrent projects on residential schemes (traditional houses and high-rise flats)
• Liaise with Architects and Engineers to resolve design and on-site issues
• Maintain cost control and keep the Quantity Surveyor informed, ensuring variations are managed fairly
• Oversee site delivery to meet program deadlines and stay within budget
• Ensure on-site health and safety standards are followed

• Ran multiple projects as Contracts Manager for a large residential developer
• Experience with varied residential projects
• Proven track record delivering sites on time and under budget
