Responsibilities

• advise on complex banking & finance transactions for borrowers, sponsors and lenders
• work across acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance, structured finance and asset-based lending
• collaborate with major clients including banks, investment funds and corporates
• provide hands-on involvement and mentoring to junior team members
• contribute to high-value, cross-border financing matters

Key requirements

• qualified solicitor with Banking & Finance transaction experience
• 3+ PQE (per provided range)
