Associate Project Manager

Overview

In this role, you will lead project delivery across sectors within RLB’s Birmingham office, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk are managed from planning through completion. You’ll work closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and leadership to drive value and long-term relationships. The position blends delivery responsibility with business development and people leadership in a collaborative, employee-owned culture. Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects across multiple sectors
• Develop client accounts and support business development
• Manage people and provide leadership across projects and business
• Ensure value-for-money across initiatives and adherence to processes
• Prepare progress reports and present at monthly client meetings
• Maintain working knowledge of various forms of building contracts

Key requirements

• Key account management experience and business development
• Proven leadership across people, projects, and business
• Delivery experience in similar sectors
• Previous project management experience in a consultancy
• Client-facing with high delivery standards
