Kinship & Private Fostering Social Worker Lead

Portsmouth City Council’s Kinship Support Team is seeking an experienced Social Worker to lead on kinship and fostering support. You will balance hands-on practice with leadership responsibilities, guiding families and fellow practitioners.

You will oversee Special Guardianship, private fostering, and therapeutic funding, provide supervision, monitor plans, and collaborate with partner agencies to improve outcomes for children.
