Overview
In this role, you will drive wealth platform and operations transformation by turning business needs into structured requirements within Agile delivery. You’ll collaborate with front office, operations, and technology to ensure seamless platform integration and enhanced servicing. You will translate complex needs into clear documentation and artefacts, contributing to platform interoperability and data-driven changes. Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and refine business and data requirements for wealth platform and operations transformation
- Create and manage user stories and product backlogs; support sprint ceremonies in Agile
- Map current and target operating models (TOM) including onboarding, suitability, and servicing journeys
- Define integration and data requirements to support interoperability and system changes
- Collaborate with technology teams and platform providers to align business needs with delivery
Key requirements
- Proven Business Analyst experience in Wealth Management or Asset Management
- Strong Agile delivery experience with backlog refinement and sprint collaboration
- Experience in operations mapping and wealth lifecycle processes
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation and artefacts
