Senior BIM Manager

Overview

In this role you drive the organisation’s BIM and information management strategy, enabling project delivery through digital ways of working. You will support delivery teams, ensure BIM standards and regulations are met, and lead information execution across infrastructure projects. You will mentor teams, coordinate stakeholders, and push continuous improvement with evolving technologies. Responsibilities

• Ensure BIM standards and contractual obligations are met across projects
• Oversee onboarding, training, and digital solution mobilisation
• Lead task teams, track progress, address delays
• Capture lessons learned and identify information management training needs
• Act as intermediary between stakeholders for efficient project execution
• Drive Information Execution Plans and conduct supply chain assessments
• Provide strategic IM direction, generate reports, and lead digital implementation
• Support team development and raise BIM profile within the organisation
• Implement local and international BIM standards and regulations
• Maintain QA processes for BIM deliverables
• Commit to continuous improvement and stay current with digital technologies
• Engage in R&D to enhance BIM processes and tools

• Excellent communication and leadership in digital management

• Ability to lead and mentor a team of BIM and IM specialists
• Capability to manage project timescales and advise on resources and fees
• Proven track record in leading information management for large infrastructure projects
• Experience working with multiple disciplines within the industry
• Knowledge of BIM lifecycle from design to handover
• Proficiency in IM and ISO 19650 standards
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Forma, and other CDE solutions
• Experience with data management and integration tools
• Experience in project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and documentation
• Proven ability to engage with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Conflict resolution skills
• PowerBI experience is beneficial
