Flex Legal is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Lawyer to provide interim support to their Real Assets / Private Markets business. The role covers debt-focused transactions from heads of terms to closing, working closely with the investment desk and external counsel.
The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years’ PQE with strong Real Estate Finance, in-house experience, and comfort with inter-creditor arrangements and security packages to support live deals.
