Residential Conveyancer – Bristol

Responsibilities

• Manage an established portfolio of residential conveyancing clients
• Handle end-to-end property transactions and related tasks
• Liaise with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to progress matters
• Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive communication
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain professional standards and efficiency

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Lawyer with 2+ years PQE
• Strong expertise and hands-on experience in Residential Conveyancing
• Confidence to manage an established portfolio from day one
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
