Consultant Analyst

Overview

In this role you translate ambiguous information into clear, actionable outputs while combining business analysis, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll quickly grasp client contexts, identify root problems, and leverage AI-enabled tools to speed up delivery. You work with cross-functional teams to produce credible deliverables and tangible client outcomes. Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of client organisations, operating models, processes, and strategic objectives
• Lead structured discovery with business and technology stakeholders to extract insights
• Ask targeted questions to uncover root causes, risks, dependencies, and opportunities
• Translate ambiguous information into clear business understanding and support requirements gathering, process mapping, and problem definition
• Engage with stakeholders across levels, facilitating workshops, interviews, and working sessions
• Present findings clearly and credibly with structured thinking and preparation
• Synthesize complex information into high-quality deliverables (presentations, requirements documents, business cases)
• Communicate findings in an audience-appropriate manner, balancing detail with pragmatism
• Utilise AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and documentation, ensuring quality through human judgment plus AI outputs

• Experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy, operations, or delivery with stakeholder engagement
• Experience designing operating models and delivering structured outputs is beneficial
