People & Culture Lead – Luxury Hotel Openings

Axiom Hospitality is opening The Shepherd Mayfair and seeks a People & Culture Manager to build and lead our hotel’s people function. Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape the culture, standards and ways of working that define the guest experience and set the tone for the team.

You will lead pre-opening recruitment, design onboarding, manage payroll, and ensure UK employment compliance, while partnering with leaders to develop talent and performance.
