Responsibilities
- advise on banking and finance transactions for borrowers, lenders and sponsors
- work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- apply knowledge of LMA standard form documentation to deal work
- manage a complex and varied workload with an emphasis on quality and efficiency
- support real estate finance, project finance, asset finance and other banking matters as part of a diversified team
Key requirements
- 1+ PQE in Banking & Finance law
- strong recent experience in banking and financial transactions
