Overview

In this role you design and present AI-powered Unified-CXM solutions for large enterprises, collaborating with Sales and consulting teams to embed AI capabilities and data architecture into customer environments. You lead pre-sales activities, deliver compelling demonstrations, and architect scalable, cost-efficient solutions. You translate technical concepts into business value and drive cross-functional engagements to advance strategic customer outcomes. A strong focus on enterprise architecture and customer-centric design anchors this role.

Responsibilities

• Design and present customized AI-powered Unified-CXM solutions
• Collaborate with Sales and consulting teams to integrate AI and data science into customer environments
• Demonstrate automation capabilities including agentic AI and AI-powered workflows
• Architect scalable, high-performance, cost-efficient enterprise solutions
• Provide guidance on data architecture, API integrations, and multi-/hybrid-cloud environments
• Lead pre-sales activities: executive presentations, workshops, RFP responses, proof-of-concepts
• Coordinate with Sprinklr ecosystem to validate requirements and deliver feasible demonstrations
• Apply design thinking and human-centered design to enterprise experiences
• Travel up to 40% to support key regions

Key requirements

• 8+ years in enterprise architecture, data architecture, and Contact Center/UC environments
• 5+ years designing solutions within CCaaS platforms
• Experience implementing AI-driven solutions for martech and social platforms
• Expertise in cloud contact center ecosystems (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE, Five9)
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Proven thought leadership through publishing, speaking, or industry engagement
• Proven ability to lead deep architectural discovery engagements
