About the Beauty Packaging Assistant Role
- New packaging development – sourcing components, supporting innovation projects, and managing colour standards & print proofs
- Artwork checking & approvals – ensuring accuracy against cutter guides, specs and sustainability requirements
- Sustainability initiatives – contributing to material reduction, recyclability improvements and PCR usage
- Trend research – exploring new materials, print finishes and construction techniques
- Technical briefing & documentation – preparing detailed specs, testing requirements and compliance documentation
- Data management – maintaining packaging specs, drawings, artwork approvals and waste records
What We’re Looking For;
- Ideally 3-5 years-experience in packaging or product development.
- Passionate about beauty, packaging, sustainability and trends
- Detail driven and able to quickly grasp technical information
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and managing spec data
