Lead Ward Manager — Private Hospital (Guildford)

Compass Associates are recruiting an experienced Ward Manager for a private hospital in Guildford, Surrey. The role leads the inpatient ward and nursing team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care in a modern environment.

The successful candidate will be an RGN with current NMC registration, with leadership experience at Ward Manager/Junior Sister level and strong governance, staffing and communication skills. Salary up to £60,000 DOE, 37.5 hours, full-time.
