KYC Operations Associate

Verify and manage user identity processes to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding.

Description

Support our client onboarding team by reviewing and verifying KYC documents. You will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance while helping users access the platform efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review ID documents, proof of address, and corporate onboarding docs
• Conduct risk assessments and screening (e.g., PEP, sanctions)
• Communicate with clients regarding KYC issues or rejections
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails
• Work closely with compliance to resolve issues

Requirements

• Experience in KYC, onboarding, or client due diligence
• Familiar with AML regulations and KYC frameworks
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Familiarity with Jumio, SumSub, or similar platforms (a plus)
