Five-Site Facilities & Estates Manager

Lift Schools is recruiting an Area Site Manager to supervise estates across five Hockley schools, ensuring safe, compliant and welcoming environments for pupils and staff. You’ll coordinate maintenance, drive improvements and work with school leaders to prioritise estates needs on a permanent, full‑time basis.

The role requires experience in facilities or project management, strong organisational skills, and a valid UK driving license.
