1:1 Autism Support Assistant – Full-Time, Long-Term

GSL Education – Chelmsford is recruiting a dedicated 1:1 Autism Support Assistant for a Romford SEN school. You will provide one-to-one support to a pupil with autism, helping them access learning and feel secure in class.

You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and support staff to implement tailored strategies, develop communication, emotional regulation and independence.

The role is full-time, long-term, immediate start, with safeguarding checks including an enhanced DBS.
