Govia Thameslink Railway is seeking a Salespoint Assistant to be based at local stations across the network. You will be the first and last point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service and guiding their journey.
You’ll provide advice on tickets, promote our products and services, and help keep stations and trains running safely. The role requires local residency, early shifts, and a readiness to work Sundays as part of a 35-hour week.
