Care Home Manager: Elderly & Dementia Care Leader

Orchid Healthcare near Milton Keynes is seeking a Nursing Home Manager to lead a small elderly and dementia care home on a temporary 3-month contract with a view to permanency. Salary is £42,000 per annum pro rata, and the role requires immediate start and 40 hours per week.

You will oversee clinical and administrative planning, motivate carers, monitor residents’ health, and liaise with GPs and multi-disciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care and compliance with CQC standards.
