Job Description:
Hireful is partnering with a well-established family-owned distributor of industrial materials in Northampton to recruit a Commercial Director. You will shape the commercial strategy across three sites, lead the sales team and build strong client partnerships across engineering, automotive, fabrication and construction sectors.
The role offers £80,000 per year plus profit/ sales bonuses, EMI option scheme, £5,000 car allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and Bupa Healthcare.
