Commercial Legal Counsel — High-Impact Contracts & Strategy

Evri is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team. You will draft and negotiate high‑value UK and international commercial contracts, including long‑term service and IT agreements, and provide pragmatic legal advice to business partners.

Working closely with Finance, HR, Sales, Procurement and Operations, you will identify risks, support procurement, and help shape commercial strategy while maintaining strong governance and compliance across the business.
