Strategic Solution Architect — Pre-Sales & Delivery

TXP Technology x People is seeking a Customer Solution Architect in West Midlands (Hybrid). You will own solution design across the pre‑sales lifecycle, collaborating with Sales, Pre‑Sales and Delivery teams to shape commercially strong engagements.

The role requires deep client understanding, sector experience in Financial Services, Insurance or Public Sector, and the ability to translate complex tech concepts into business outcomes. You’ll help evolve TXP propositions and assets.
